Heidi Johnson

Heidi is Chief Compliance Officer at Vernal Point and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's regulatory compliance program.

Heidi has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on compliance and operations. Heidi is also Managing Partner of Parkside Compliance Partners, a Regulatory Compliance Consulting firm providing compliance consulting services to registered investment advisors. Prior to consulting Heidi was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in London and San Francisco where she held roles in Strategic Planning/Cost Management and Divisional Administration and Vice President of JPMorgan Private Bank (formerly Hambrecht & Quist) where she was the San Francisco Branch Administrative Manager.

Heidi received her B.A. in History and B.S. in Anthropology from the University of Utah and a Masters of Accountancy from Golden Gate University.
